I am not sure what I did but tabs are constantly opening up with ads and my ad blockers don't even stop it. There are ton's of things that are green and underlined and when I hover over them they give me ads.

I have an antivirus and it removed a lot of stuff but it's still happening, any ideas?
What have you downloaded recently? Can you go into your programs and files folder thing and screenshot what's in there?
I had the same thing, download an adware remover. And an extension cleaner.

I deleted all my recent downloads to try and fix the problem.
Have you pirated anything recently?
Download adwcleaner and run it.
It will automatically restart your computer after it is done cleaning.
Post the log here.

Once you have done what roku asks, PM your team viewer ID so I can declare you clean.

If you're using chrome then you might have an extension enabled that makes those ads popup.
There's no reason a fake can't do what the real thing would, and it's possible for a fake to be more real than the real thing.

I have disabled those and it is still happening.

I used to have the same problem with an extention, I would disable it and it would still pop up ads and I re-installed Google Chrome and it went away. You can try doing the same and hope that fixes it.

Google Chrome may have been overwritten. As the user above said, you could try to reinstall it. I recommend you do a full malware scan with Malware Anti-Bytes.

Re-installed google but it didn't fix a thing.
Actually I just went ahead and cleared all my data and stuff for the past 24 hours on chrome and that fixed it. Thank you to all who have helped me. :)

Be sure to do a full scan with malwarebytes.
