Cheapest place to get printer ink

I got through a fuckload of ink and $40 a box lasts like a week, do you guys know where I can get cheaper ink...
What exact printer ink are you looking for? Most home printers are sold at a loss (meaning the manufacturer is selling them below what they cost to produce) and make there money they lost from the ink cartridges they sell.

What kind of printer? If it's an HP, sign up for HP Instant Ink. Anything else, take your empty cartridges to Costco and get them refilled.
Hi.

What jk3a said. Your best choice is to get them refilled. If this is not an option you can search online for a better price, especially if you buy them in bulk. Or search for Chinese knockoffs.
1. If you're simply printing in black and white, look into laser printers. They're more expensive up front but you'll save massively in the long run on ink.

2. If you need to use an inkjet or similar printer, and print an above average amount, check out continuous supply systems for your printer. In most cases it's not hard to find one compatible with your printer. Some examples:

Vouch for this method, I bought a refill for my inkjet printer once...then I did some calculations...aaaand then I gout a laser printer instead ;)
For me tho, I print with colors and it's still waaaaaay cheaper.
Probably online on like amazon like previously said.

They are all overpriced in store.
Don't you have any shops around you that sell inkt for a cheaper price?
Or find webshops that offer them for cheap online.
Signature space for rent. Send me a PM or buy it here.

How decent is image quality if you were to print a photo?

I haven't switched over to a laser printer yet, but I am curious in the quality of color prints with them.

Honestly, I don't print photos, most likely because the quality, or should I say lack of quality ;)
If I want something in color out that looks nice then I usually go to a store a few blocks from here, they "print" stuff out in the exact size you want and with excellent quality. For me tho, I only go there maybe 3-5 times per year.

Oh and if you are curious, I roll with a 'good' old HP Color LaserJet 4600n (that stopped responding after the latest w10 update so have to print from my backup rig).
eBay/Amazon are decent starting places. It's actually cheaper if you refill the cartridges yourself. (Yes, it's possible & it's rather easy -- Google it.) Refill kits usually are $7-15.
