It's not been that long since we've had a poll surely? We've been slacking. * - Black Hole - Jul 30, 2016 (Jul 30, 2016 07:49 AM)Happeh Wrote: No way was it 2013 since we had one of these last. It's not been that long since we've had a poll surely? Holy crap....that is a super long time hahaha. It definitely hasn't felt that long. * - Aura - Jul 30, 2016 Code If done in a realistic and tasteful way, I don't mind dead characters coming back to life.Honestly I don't mind dead characters going back to life if it's done realistically and in a way that fits the Anime. However, I would much rather have these characters "cheat death" in a certain way, than having them die like that (muh feels). Do you have a compilation of all the last polls? I have a few question ideas that I would like to suggest if they weren't used already! * - DrDoof - Jul 30, 2016 I don't really see why anyone would mind resurrecting a character if it fits the storyline and doesn't ruin the flow, so the middle option it is! * - Black Hole - Jul 30, 2016 (Jul 30, 2016 09:16 AM)Aurа Wrote: Just made a nice little list here:Spoiler (Click to View) * - KinGxKeV - Jul 30, 2016 Chose the middle one just because it could work if done in a way that fits the story GG * - DerMensch24 - Jul 30, 2016 Would prefer if characters are brought back in a realistic sense rather than some crazy Deus ex Machima event. An example is actually a recent review I saw of SAO Spoiler (Click to View). But if its central to the story and done right, I usually don't mind. * - Aura - Jul 30, 2016 Thanks for the list Black Hole, I'll be using it for something! * - Getsuga - Jul 30, 2016 Death doesnt really mean much in universes like dbz so it makes it the fights less entertaining * - DoubleRainbow - Jul 30, 2016 I feel that if the resurrection fits into the overall story, and is not a forced thing for fan service that it is a good thing. Series like Hellsing, DBZ, etc do this well because there are things in the story to allow for resurrection to happen. * - Chad ThunderCock - Jul 30, 2016 If done in a realistic and tasteful way, I don't mind dead characters coming back to life. * - Chips Ahoy McCoy - Jul 30, 2016 This is hard for me to decide. If we're talking about dying in more of a mental way, and being "resurrected" with some new personality, I enjoy the fuck out of that. But if we're talking like, DBZ level resurrection, bad. * - Aura - Jul 31, 2016 Quote:If we're talking about dying in more of a mental way, and being "resurrected" with some new personality Where would that new personality come from?
